The three are former leaders of the Paskenta Band of Nomlaki Indians, which owns and operates Rolling Hills Casino in Corning.
SACRAMENTO - John Crosby, 56, of Redding Ines Crosby, 76, of Orland and Leslie Lohse, 64, of Glenn, pleaded guilty Thursday to conspiracy to embezzle or steal from a tribal organization, as well as tax fraud and tax evasion offenses, according to a press release issued Thursday by acting US Attorney Phillip Talbert.
