Members of the Paskenta Band of Nomlaki Indians delivered petitions Jto the Central California office of Bureau of Indian Affairs. 5, 2017, charged with conspiracy to embezzle tribal funds, embezzlement of tribal funds, false statements to federal agents and tax charges. The three are former leaders of the Paskenta Band of Nomlaki Indians, which owns and operates Rolling Hills Casino in Corning.
SACRAMENTO - John Crosby, 56, of Redding Ines Crosby, 76, of Orland and Leslie Lohse, 64, of Glenn, pleaded guilty Thursday to conspiracy to embezzle or steal from a tribal organization, as well as tax fraud and tax evasion offenses, according to a press release issued Thursday by acting US Attorney Phillip Talbert.
